Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Did you know “Twas the Night Before Christmas” was first published anonymously in 1823?  It was later acknowledged by Clement Moore.  The poem is known by several names including “A Visit From St. Nicholas” and “The Night Before Christmas.”

According to legend, the poem was conceived while Moore was on a shopping trip.  Moore wrote the poem for his children.  Moore had Santa Claus arrive on Christmas Eve not Christmas Day, making it acceptable and one of the most well know verses written by an American.

The poem has been adapted for television, created into film, music and literature.  We hope you enjoy our adaptation of “Twas the Night Before Christmas.”
